UC3844D Overview
With its 14-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tube. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 10V~30V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Worked in an dc switcher with a 0°C~70°C TA rating.
