A 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) case is used to package the op amp. The instrumentation amplifier in this picture is of the General Purpose-type. The op amp is delivered to you in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. The number of terminations approaches 14. I would like to remind you that this buffer op amp should be powered by an 15V battery.
