A 8-SOIC (0.173, 4.40mm Width) case is used to package the op amp. Buffer amps of this type are called General Purpose-types. It comes in a Tape & Reel (TR) case, which protects instrumentation amplifier from damage during delivery. It is estimated that there will be at least 8 terminations this year.
