It is acceptable to ship using the method Tape & Reel (TR) .A convenient packaging is provided in the form of 28-SOP (0.295, 7.50mm Width) + 2 Heat Tabs .Surface Mount is a universal mounting method that is easy to adapt.The power management is designed for use with applications at CD/CD-ROM Driver .The operating temperature of the power management ic should be set to -40°C~85°C to avoid mal-function.It works with 4.3V~13.2V voltage.You can search BA5810 if you are looking for more power ic's pin-to-pin solutions.The integrated power supplies is designed with 28 pins.There is a Surface Mount for mounting on a PCB or other board.The power management ic operates at a voltage of 22.9mA volts.Current should be conducted at 22.9mA when the power ic is supplied with power.It is not recommended to maintain a temperature above 85°C .Temperature lower than -40°C is not suitable for the it.
