BD1020HFV-TR Product Details
BD1020HFV-TR Overview
The analog sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety reasons. A SOT-665 package protects analog sensors from damage. It is necessary for proper operation of this sensor to have 5 pins. This electronic part contains 6 terminations. During operation, the analog sensor is able to supply a current of 4μA. DC circuits containing this sensor should be able to supply a maximum voltage of 5.5V. In the DC circuit, however, this magnetic switch can provide a minimum voltage of 2.4V. When the sensor's output is 1mA it performs optimally.
