BD3532F-E2 Overview
A total of 1outputs are supported by this voltage regulator. The alternator regulator is packaged in a 8-SOIC (0.173, 4.40mm Width) container to facilitate transportation. In Tape & Reel (TR) package, ready for shipping. There is a general voltage output of 0.75V~1.25Von this voltage controller. This Surface Mount mount is universal and can be easily adapted. The electrical regulator is targeted at Converter, DDR and other applications. As a precaution, it is recommended to set the operating temperature to -40°C~100°C to prevent malfunctions. The variable voltage regulator input voltage is designed to be 4.3V~5.5V. Search BD353* to find more pin-to-pin solutions. A Surface Mount is provided for mounting on PCBs or other boards. There are 8 pins on the power supply regulator. The electrical regulator should be displaying a current output of 10mA. Voltage inputs above 4.3Vare required by this alternator regulator. At its maximum output, voltage regulator produces current 3A. It is possible to set the minimum supply voltage to 4.3V with this power supply regulator. Voltage regulators have a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V. It uses a BUS TERMINATOR SUPPORT CIRCUITIC to interface with the rectifier regulator.
