BD4830G-TR Product Details
BD4830G-TR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Voltage Detector products as well. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. It has a total of 5 pins that are attached to IC management. The pins of the power management system count 5. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below -300mV as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. There should be no more than 10V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~105°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 900nA is the recommended value. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using BD48, the base power ics number. The maximum supply temperature that PMIC chip can work with is 1.53μA. A PMIC from the well-known BD48xxx series of products is being offered here.
