BD4848G-TR Overview
It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). To assist you, this PMIC includes SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Voltage Detector manage ics. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. In total, IC powers are 5 pins on the board. Pin count of the power management is 5. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than -300mV. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 10V volts. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~105°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector. You can always use BD48, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. A maximum supply temperature of 1.8μA can be used. The IC power comes from the well-known BD48xxx series.
