BD4851G-TR Overview


It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). In this PMIC, you can find SC-74A, SOT-753 functions for your reference. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Voltage Detector products. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Surface Mount mounts IC management. In total, IC powers are 5 pins on the board. 5 pins make up the power management. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 1.2V for this PMIC. There should be no more than 10V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~105°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. Supplied with a operating current of 900nA, this PMIC is capable of fully function as specified. The maximum supply temperature that PMIC chip can work with is 1.8μA. The IC power comes from the well-known BD48xxx series.
