BD4852G-TR Overview
Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. In this IC management you will find SC-74A, SOT-753 functions for you to refer to. Compared to other Voltage Detector products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. In total, it has 5 pins on IC management. Pin count of the power management is 5. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least -300mV, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 10V volts in this PMIC. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~105°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage.
