BD4857G-TR Overview
Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. As a reference, this IC power includes SC-74A, SOT-753 functions for your convenience. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Voltage Detector products. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 5. There are 5 pins on the supervisor. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 950mV. There should be no more than 10V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~105°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using BD48, the base power ics number. A maximum supply temperature of 1.98μA can be used. Located in the well-known BD48xxx series product line, this IC management is a kind of this series.
