As you can see, this power management is mounted through 3 terminals. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. For your reference, this IC power includes a list of 1 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Voltage Detector products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be NOT SPECIFIED. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. 3 pins are on the supervisor. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 2.3V for this power management. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 6V volts.
