There are 3 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. In this IC management you will find TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions for you to refer to. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Voltage Detector manage ics. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. 3 pins are on the supervisor. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 2.3V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. There should be no more than 6V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~105°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector.
