BD48K45G-TL Overview
This power management consists of 3 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. In this IC management you will find TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions for you to refer to. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Voltage Detector products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be NOT SPECIFIED. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. There are 3 pins on the supervisor. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 2.3V for this power management. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 6V volts. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~105°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage.
