BD48L44G-TL Overview
There are 3 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. It is possible to find on this power management a series of 1 channels. As a reference, this IC power includes TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions for your convenience. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Voltage Detector products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at NOT SPECIFIED. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. This power management has 3 pins. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~105°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. As the name implies, this supervisor is a kind of the famous BD48Lxx series product line.
