BD4943G-TR Overview


Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. IC management is packaged as a SC-74A, SOT-753 package. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Voltage Detector products. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. In total, it has 5 pins on IC management. The pins of the power management system count 5. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 950mV. There should be no more than 1.2V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~105°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Push-Pull, Totem Pole as the output voltage. Supplied with a operating current of 900nA, this PMIC is capable of fully function as specified.
