BD49K55G-TL Overview

There are 3 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Power management is packaged in a Cut Tape (CT) way. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~105°C TA degrees. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. The IC power comes from the well-known BD49Kxx series.
