BD5225FVE-TR Overview
There are 5 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of SOT-665 functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Voltage Detector products. The supervisor is always powered by a 1.2V volt supply. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. A total of 5 pins are located on this power management. 5 pins make up the power management. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 1.2V volts. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 10V volts. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~105°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector.
