BD5236G-TR Overview
This power management consists of 5 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Voltage Detector products. IC management conducts in a 1.2V-voltage supply. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. A total of 5 pins are located on this power management. 5 pins are on the supervisor. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 950mV for this power management. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 6.5V volts in this IC power. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~105°C TA degrees. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 950nA. It is always advisable to use BD52, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. The IC power comes from the well-known BD52xx series.
