This power management consists of 5 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. Depending on the power managment ic you are looking at, you can find a total of 1 channels. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of SOT-665 functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Voltage Detector products. In a 1.2V supply voltage, the power management conducts. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 5. 5 pins are on the supervisor. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 950mV. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 6.5V volts. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~105°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using BD52, the base power ics number. As you can see, this IC power comes from the well-known BD52xx series of products.
