Power management is mounted through 5 terminals. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. As a reference, this IC power includes SC-74A, SOT-753 functions for your convenience. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. When 1.2V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. In total, the power management has 5 pins in it. Power managment ic pin count is 5. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 950mV volts. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 6.5V volts. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~105°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. You can always use BD53, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
