BD7602GUL-E2 Overview
Currently, it supports a total of 2 outputs. The alternator regulator is packaged in a 9-UFBGA, CSPBGA container to facilitate transportation. Currently available in Cut Tape (CT) packages for shipping. 3V 2.8V~3.3Vis the general voltage output of this voltage controller. Surface Mount universial mount for easy adapting. Applications targeting this shunt regulator include LDO, NFC and others. In order to avoid malfunctions, the operating temperature should be set to -35°C~85°C. This external regulator requires a voltage input of 2.7V~5.5V. It has received a great deal of support as a POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT regulator. A Surface Mount is provided for mounting it on PCBs and other boards. The power supply regulator has a pin count of 50.
