BD8154EFV-E2 Overview

Tape & Reel (TR) is acceptable as a shipping the power management method.It is packaged the power management in 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) for convenient transportation.For ease of adaptability, Surface Mount is an universal mounting method.There are a number of applications targeted at TFT-LCD Monitors .A temperature setting of -40°C~85°C is recommended to avoid malfunctions.The power management works at 6V~18V voltage.Getting more power ic's pin-to-pin solutions can be found by searching BD8154 .Surface Mount can be mounted on PCBs or other boards.It operates on a voltage of 4mA volts.The supply current of the power ic should be conducted at 4mA .It is not recommended to operate at a temperature higher than 85°C .A temperature lower than -40°C is unsuitable for the ic power supply.
