This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 20 terminations were made. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 20-VSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 250kHz~2.3MHz.
