BD90541MUV-CE2 Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 20 terminations were made. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 300kHz~2.4MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.6V as an input voltage. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.6V. DC DC switching regulator's 4A output current allows for maximum design flexibility. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 5.5V. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 5V to meet the operation requirements. Voltage regulator is capable of giving voltage at 5V volts. This voltage regulator 12v should be configured with an output voltage that is at least 600mV. With a maximum output voltage of 5V, DC DC switching regulator has a very high efficiency. This voltage regulator belongs to the Automotive, AEC-Q100 family and is known as a switching DC-DC regulator.
