BD9151MUV-E2 Overview


A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, 20 terminations are present. A DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the VQFN package. 2 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Due to its NOT SPECIFIED high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. An input voltage of 3.3V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. A voltage regulator 12v such as this falls under the Switching Regulator or Controllers category and belongs to this category.
