BD9152MUV-E2 Overview
Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 24 terminations. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. The space-saving 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. 2 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable (Fixed) output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 1MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V 3.3V.
