BD9325FJ-LBE2 Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a SOIC package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. An input voltage of 12V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. At 14.4V volts, voltage regulator can provide voltage. For switching regulator operation, 8 pins are used. For this switching regulator, it is recommended that the output voltage is at least 900mV volts. Switching regulator has a maximum output current of 2A A, which is sufficient to meet the requirements of operation. The maximum output voltage of this regulator voltage is 16.2V. With 18V as the supply voltage, this DC-DC switching regulator will operate. In order to ensure switching regulator's stable operation, the maximum operating temperature 85°C is set at a high level. To ensure reliability, the voltage regulator 12v operates at a minimum operating temperature of -40°C. With a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.75V, DC DC switching regulator can support a wide range of applications. This DC-DC switching regulator is designed to sustain a 18V input voltage at its maxium. Voltage regulator 380kHz switching frequency can improve reliability. 2A is normally the output current ofDC DC switching regulator.
