For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. Space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 200kHz~800kHz. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.9V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 3A output current.
