BD9639MWV-E2 Overview
There are 6 outputs supported by the voltage regulator. Currently, the power regulator is available for shipping in Tape & Reel (TR) packages. It contains terminals with the number 56. This alternator regulator has a pinout starting from 56 pins. A Surface Mount is provided for mounting on PCBs or other boards. The voltage controller plays an important role in the industry, as do other Switching Regulator or Controllers. It cannot be operated at a temperature below -20°C. There is no benefit to raising the temperature above 85°C. As a rule, 5.5V operating supply voltage is required for normal operation. Here are a few extra features of this voltage regulator: ALSO HAS A CONTROL TECHNIQUE OF PFM. The input voltage of this rectifier regulator must be higher than 2.5V. There is the possibility of switching the voltage controller at a frequency of 1.5MHz. The maximum current electronic part can output is 2A. There is a minimum supply voltage of 2.5Vallowed by this power supply regulator.
