The space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~105°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 300kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 7V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 1.5A output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 42V for this voltage regulator 12v. A voltage of 29.4V volts can be generated by DC DC switching regulator. There are 8 pins used for switching regulator operation. For this switching regulator, we recommend keeping the output voltage at at least 1V volts.
