It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~105°C TA. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 300kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 7V as an input voltage. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 42V. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 24V as the nominal input voltage. The BD9673 family of DC/DC regulators includes this DC/DC regulator.
