It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. 700kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator.
