For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Cut Tape (CT) package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 300kHz.
