BH2221FV-E2 Overview
A 20-LSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is provided with this component. It is powered from a supply voltage of 3V. The Other Converters family of FPGAs includes this part. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. It is recommended that the operating temperature be kept within the range -20°C~85°C while the machine is operating. There is an FPGA model contained in Tape & Reel (TR) in order to conserve space. In total, it has 20 terminations on each end. Its base part number BH22* can be used to find related parts. The device has 20 pins which are included in the design. I think, as long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it could perform excellently according to its specifications as long as you mount it in Surface Mount. Designers can fully utili3Ve its flexibility with 3V supply voltage. An external power supply of 3/5V is required to power the device. I am going to present you with a device that is equipped with 20 pins. The maximum supply voltage it supports is 5.5V. The device can function at a minimum voltage of 2.7V.
