It is recommended that operation of the part be restricted to temperatures not exceeding 85°C, otherwise damage to the part may occur as a result of overheating. If this part is to be used, the minimum supply voltage should not be less than 1.8V volts. There shall be a voltage limit of 5.5V for its operation. A frequency of 100kHz is used to process the data on this memory chip. In terms of speed, this memory can operate at a maximum frequency of 100kHz.
