As far as memory types are concerned, Non-Volatile is considered to be its memory type. Case Tube is available. An embedded 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) case surrounds memory ics. The chip has an 16Kb 2K x 8 memory. As with most mainstream devices, this one uses EEPROM-format memory. With an extended designed operating temperature of -40°C~85°C TA, this device is capable of lots of demanding applications. It is capable of handling a voltage supply of 1.8V~5.5V. It is recommended that the mounting type be Through Hole. On the chip, there are 8 terminations. The part supports at least 1 functions to ensure a comprehensive working process. The memory device is designed to be supplied with an 2.5V volt power supply in order to operate properly. The memory has a clock frequency rotation within 400kHz. It is common to select similar parts by referring to the device's base part number, BR24L16. In this ic memory chip, there is an 8-pin package that encloses the device.
