As far as memory types are concerned, Non-Volatile is considered to be its memory type. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) case available. There is a 8-VSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.110, 2.80mm Width) case embedded in it. The chip has an 128Kb 16K x 8 memory. EEPROM-format memory is used in this device, which is a mainstream design. Featuring an extended operating temperature range of -40°C~85°C TA, this device allows it to be used in a variety of demanding applications. A voltage of 1.6V~5.5V is possible to be applied to the supply. It is recommended to mount it in the Surface Mount mounting type. As you can see from the diagram, the chip is planted with 8 terminations. It supports up to 1 functions for comprehensive operation. Memory devices such as this one are designed to be powered by 2.5V and should be used as such. A clock frequency rotation within 400kHz is used for the ic memory chip to rotate data.
