Non-Volatile is the type of memory it has. You can get memory ics in a Cut Tape (CT) case. An embedded 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case surrounds memory ics. The chip has an 1Kb 64 x 16 memory. Memory data is stored in EEPROM-format, which is common in mainstream devices. A wide operating temperature range makes this device ideal for a variety of demanding applications. With 2.5V~5.5V as the supply voltage, it is capable of handling memory ics. There is a recommended mounting type of Surface Mount for it. On the chip, there are 8 terminations. As many as 1 functions are supported for comprehensive working. The memory device is designed to be supplied with an 4V volt power supply in order to operate properly. A clock frequency rotation within 2MHz is used for the ic memory chip to rotate data. The memory device is enclosed in a package with an 8-pin connector. The memory chip also offers SEATED HT-CALCULATED to level up system performance despite its merits. In terms of power requirements, this memory chip uses only 3/5V . Among the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series of memory devices, this part is essential for its applications.
