BU2090 Overview


This LED driver IC features an enhanced 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package for driving common LEDs.The Tube package contains this receiver.This Driver can transceiver is a versatile part that has enabled many solutions to serve a variety of purposes.The wide receiver can be mounted on any Through Hole-type PCB or development board.This differential driver uses 2.7V~5.5V for power supply.The field can have up to 1/0 eligible receivers/drivers at once when using this electronic part.IC receiver is designed for applications with a temperature of -25°C~75°C.An output voltage range of 3V is sufficient to run this line driver ic efficiently.The integrated terminations of this wide receiver allow it to drive and receive signals from data.The transceiver is packaged with 16 market standard pinouts so that it can be easily used.With the part number BU2090 identifying the product type, temperature, package, etc., you can search with it to see more variants.A 16-pin driver IC with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.The package size of this optical transceiver has been dramatically reduced by downsizing ICs and using high-density Through Hole mounting techniques.This driver IC is designed to operate from a 3/5V power supply.
