As a result of the use of the Cut Tape (CT) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 10 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. The space-saving 10-UFDFN Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. There is a switching frequency of 600kHz for this voltage regulator 12v. Regulator 1.8V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 1.8V. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 3.33V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 300mA. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 5.5V. As a result of the NOT SPECIFIED peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible.
