BU4220G-TR Overview


It is mounted through 5 terminals on the power management. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. Please find attached SC-74A, SOT-753 functions for your reference in this IC power. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management conducts at a voltage of 2.4V. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. As a subcategory, this PMIC chip can be categorized as Power Management Circuits.
