BU45K454G-TL Overview

There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Voltage Detector products. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be NOT SPECIFIED. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~105°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. Supervisors from the well-known BU45Kxxx series product line are featured in this PMIC.
