BU45L342G-TL Product Details

BU45L342G-TL Overview

In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Voltage Detector products. Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~105°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage. The IC power comes from the well-known BU45Lxxx series.
