Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Voltage Detector products. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 600mV. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 6V volts. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~105°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole.
