BU46K304G-TL Overview

There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. Please find attached TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions for your reference in this IC power. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Voltage Detector products. Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~105°C TA. Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole during operation. As you may know, this PMIC comes from the well-known BU46Kxxx series product line.
