It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Voltage Detector products. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at NOT SPECIFIED. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. There is a supply current of 2.3μA for the power management.
