BU46K442G-TL Overview
It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Voltage Detector products. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at NOT SPECIFIED. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. There are 3 pins on the supervisor. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 600mV for this PMIC. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 6V volts. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~105°C TA . While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. There is a supply current of 2.3μA for the power management. You can always use BU46K442, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. As you may know, this PMIC comes from the well-known BU46Kxxx series product line.
