BU46K452G-TL Overview

Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Voltage Detector products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be NOT SPECIFIED. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~105°C TA.
