BU46L452G-TL Overview

A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. IC management is packaged as a TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package. Compared to other Voltage Detector products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be NOT SPECIFIED. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~105°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole.
