Power management is mounted through 5 terminals. Cut Tape (CT)-packaging is used. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. As with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. In total, the power management has 5 pins in it. 5 pins are on the supervisor. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 700mV. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 7V volts. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage. The supervisor's supply current is specified to 550nA.
